Our approach is based on the notion of Sankofa, a word in the Akan (Twi) and Fante languages of Ghana that means mining the best of one’s culture to create the present and in turn inspire the future. Our chefs will mine our culinary traditions, marry that with their passion for innovation and years of experience to create recipes with your product that triggers all the senses & takes your customers to a whole new world.
